Jackie, is the lead administrative professional. Providing executive-level assistance to the President and Office Manager, while assisting in the facilitation and execution of administrative responsibilities throughout Renaissance Management.
As the Executive Assistant, she is responsible for maintenance, preparation of correspondence, facilitation of meeting arrangements and monitoring of all communication records. Jackie is the first friendly voice you hear when calling our office. Jackie’s professionalism and keen desire to assist you are immediately evident.
Her ‘after-hour’ work hobby is keeping her dogs, Kiko and Taz, out of the vet’s office. Her ’in- office’ hobby is informing the staff of the day’s soup specials.
Jackie is an invaluable member of the Renaissance team and she is waiting to assist you.
Allana Jakeman
Originally from South Africa, Allana can justifiably boast of an impressive decade-long career in an administrative corporate environment. A proactive, self-motivated professional, she constantly stives to provide superior customer service.
Her forte lies in ensuring that her responsibilities are not merely undertaken, but rather executed to achieve a standard of excellence. Allana opines that “customer service isn’t merely a task. It’s a commitment to delivering unparalleled experiences”.
Allana’s professional journey is characterized by an unyielding dedication to efficiency.
Away from the office, you will find Allana performing miraculous culinary feats with her “air fryer”.
where she single-handedly administered all aspects of managing a portfolio of 122 multi and single-family residences.
Although Condos are a slightly different “gig”, Dannielle has plunged head on with a passion that has characterized all her previous endeavors.
Her favorite color is Black. Her favorite quote is “Luck occurs when opportunity and preparation meet”.
When not working, we can find Dannielle sipping “bougie” wine or one-with- the road, speeding atop her motorcycle, which she fondly refers to as the ‘Rebel’.
