Pat is a leader, trainer and team player, who approaches her responsibilities with commitment and dedication.
With over 35 years of experience in Accounting, her strengths including strategic thinking, tactical analysis, organization and communications skills.
Pat has strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and applications.
As both Office Manager and Accounts Manager, she is continually searching for and implementing strategies to facilitate both our internal processes and those of the end-user to enhance and improve our staff’s and client’s experience.
Pat is an integral part of the leadership team at Renaissance. Juggling responsibilities between her human resource responsibilities and fiscal duties, Pat always maintains a clear focus on ensuring clients receive timely and accurate financial statements on which to base their decisions.
When not in front of her keyboard, Pat spends weekends in her trailer touring the campsites in search for the next quilting convention.
