President

Robert Lunge is the president and owner of Renaissance Management. Over the last 35 years, Bob has served the needs of thousands of satisfied condominium owners in the Calgary area. He has owned and operated his own residential development company, has been an active member of CREB, and for the past 27 years has owned and operated his successful professional condominium management company, Renaissance Management. One of the first vice-presidents of CCI – Southern Alberta Branch, Bob has been a guest seminar lecturer at CCI meetings as well as serving as seminar chairman and also a contributor on the former television show – “Condo Call-In”. With his vast experience in condominiums, Bob has chaired hundreds of Annual General Meetings, has closely worked with and provided guidance to thousands of Board members and he has reviewed and assisted in the preparation of hundreds of by-laws and reserve studies.
